Steak & Eggs Breakfast Bake
Delicious make ahead breakfast bake recipe using Coleman Steak Snacks!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes
- 3 Potatoes (Roasted or made ahead of time)
- 8 large Eggs
- 2 Packages Coleman Steak Snacks (Cracked Pepper or Original)
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Scallions for Garnish
Preheat over to 400 degrees.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray or coat with butter.
Slice potatoes and layer them on the bottom of the dish.
Top with Coleman Steak Snacks. Cut in steak snacks in half if they are too large.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk and Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour milk mixture over steak and potatoes. Top with cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes until the eggs look set. Serve warm and garnish with scallions.
