CUTE HAIR BOW / HAT BOW
Sandy starts with a cute hair bow / hat bow. She scrunches in the leaves, which are wired ribbons cut with pointed ends, with a little crease or “mountain up” in the middle. Next she adds the red petals and ties it all up with the Bowdabra Bow Wire. In less than 3 minutes you have a beautiful petalled flower for your hat or as a centerpiece on your table or mantle.
BEAUTIFUL BLUE AND GOLD TREETOPPER BOW
Next Sandy picks up the Large Bowdabra and scrunches in a 17″ long and 5″ wide piece of red sparkly ribbon (dovetailed at the ends). She takes another slightly longer piece of the same ribbon and scrunches it in too. Next, Sandy scrunches in a gold patterned ribbon (2 and half inches wide and 30 inches long) and makes a twist-and-scrunch bow with another longer piece of the same ribbon (40 inches long). She adds a smaller bow with ribbon scraps.
Next she adds a blue patterned ribbon (31″ long) leaving it loose as a tail. Another piece of the same 1″ wide ribbon (64″ long) goes down into the Bowdabra as a loopy bow. All tied up, the arrangement turns into a beautiful bow you can use as a Christmas treetopper bow or on a wreath or as a door bow!
Sandy picks up a beautiful patterned ribbon (21″ x 2 and 1/2 inches) and makes a bow, settling it down as the first layer. Next she adds another piece of ribbon (18″ x 1 and 1/2 inches) and makes another bow as the 2nd layer. Next comes another ribbon (14″ x 1 and 1/2 inches) and forms the 3rd layer. A piece of tulle scrunched in forms the 4th layer. All tied up with, it makes a super cute layered bow made in minutes.
GREEN TULLE & RED CHRISTMAS BOW
Sandy takes an 18″ wide and about a yard long piece of green tulle and scrunches it into the Bowdabra, down the center. She takes a 9″ wide x 30″ inches long piece of red ribbon and scrunches it down the center again, adding another similar sized piece of red ribbon. Nest, she adds a 6″ x 25″ sized piece of organza that has some pretty glitter on it. She adds two more similar sized pieces of organza on the arrangement.
Next Sandy adds some pieces of cute piece Santa Claus ribbons adding another piece of red ribbon (24″ x 5″) and making a bow from it. Sandy tops up the arrangement with scraps of the Santa Claus ribbon and another (12″ x 1 and 1/2 inches) piece of patterned ribbon. Finall,y scraps of green glittered ribbons (10″ x 1 and 1/2 inches) and polka dotted ribbons are added. All tied up and shaped out, it looks a super elegant treetopper bow which you can use as a wreath bow or as a door bow as well!
COLORFUL TREETOPPER BOW TO SHAPE AROUND CHRISTMAS TREE
Sandy’s next Christmas decorations project is a super cute treetopper bow. She starts with a piece of green tulle 21″ x 24″ and scrunches it into the Bowdabra. She adds two pieces of red ribbon (5″ wide and about a yard in length) on it. Next comes a 70″ x 1 and 1/2 inches) piece of patterned red and white ribbon and a (80″ x 5″) piece of red glittered ribbon. All these are simply scrunched down the center with their tails left loose to be shaped around your tree.
She adds similar long pieces of various ribbons centered down the Bowdabra. Finally, she takes two 120″ long pieces of red and white combination ribbons (1 and 1/2 inches wide) and doubles them up. Then, she places them as a loopy bow with the twist-and-scrunch method. She ties it up and shapes it out. You have an absolutely beautiful tree topper bow that has all the colorful tails you can shape around your tree.
